HBCU SCI mentees are paired with leading professionals from the Southern Company. In addition to one-on-one sessions with their mentors, HBCU SCI participants have access to Student Mentoring Sessions. The mentoring meetings build community and rapport amongst all the mentoring groups while providing resources. These workshops are designed to help students excel in school and as young professionals in the workplace.
